Marine Dad Returning Home Disguises Himself As A Baseball Umpire, Surprises His Son At Home Plate

Is it dusty in here, guys? No? It isn’t?

What’s that? You’re actually allowed to well up with tears watching U.S. Marine Corps Master Sgt. Randy Brock surprise his son AJ at a baseball game because it’s just so damn touching? Yup, I’ll allow it today, and any day for that matter, because seeing our military personnel pull off surprise reunions with their loved ones is just the best.

Per the video’s description, the Master Sgt. had some help orchestrating the perfectly timed reunion from one of his son’s coaches.

A Marine returned home from deployment and gave his children the ultimate surprise at his son’s baseball game. U.S. Marine Corps Master Sgt. Randy Brock had been stationed in Japan over the last six months and didn’t tell his kids he was coming home. Heath Thomas, manager of his son’s baseball team helped plan out the surprise. He told InsideEdition.com, “He left for deployment shortly after AJ, his son, joined the team. They had told the kids that he wasn’t getting back until June.”

Thank you for your service, sir. Glad to have you home safe & sound.
