Some may not know or understand this, but trash-talking in sports is an absolute art form, with those who can do it well capable of throwing off an opponent by getting in his or her head for an entire game.
We’ve seen guys cross the line, like when Kevin Garnett talked mad shit about Carmelo Anthony’s wife, and players do it in ridiculous moments, like last week, when Dallas Mavericks rookie Salah Mejri taunted the Spurs while trailing by 21 points, but one thing’s for sure, trash-talking will always be a tool players use—with some doing it better than others.
