The Miami Heat Just Announced The Status Of Chris Bosh And It’s Not Good For Miami Fans

Things between the Miami Heat organization and All-Star forward Chris Bosh had been getting testy in recent weeks, as the team was holding the forward out because of complications with blood clots in his leg, causing him to miss the last 29 games of this year’s regular season.

And, while Bosh was hopeful that he would return to the squad for a title run this postseason, the team just released a statement on Twitter that fizzled any hope of that happening.

This puts a major dent in the Heat’s quest for an NBA title, not only making it more difficult in their current second-round matchup with the Toronto Raptors—who they lead 1-0 in the best-of-seven series—but any potential showdown with LeBron James and the Cleveland Cavaliers.

You hate to see a team get hit with injuries to its stars, but that’s sort of been the M.O. in the NBA playoffs over the past few years. Just happy to hear Bosh should be OK.
