After being forced to give up baseball 16 years ago because I royally fucked up my shoulders after an unfortunate moped accident—no joke, that’s ACTUALLY what happened—my dream of ever playing in the major league’s was crushed.
It was a tough blow to take for a 15-year-old kid, but, thankfully, I get to live vicariously through those guys who did make it to the big leagues.
While the MLB season is long and exhausting, when a team makes it into the postseason, the debauchery in the locker room after clinching is one of the biggest parties of the year, with champagne, beer and loads of other alcohol there for players to go H.A.M. with.
Since neither you nor I will ever get to be there ourselves, New York Mets outfielder Michael Conforto decided to record the team’s wild booze-filled celebration—and, shit, it looked wild as all hell.
