Former Giants Players Tell Awesome Story About Robert De Niro Surprising Them After Super Bowl XLII Win

The legend of the coolness of Robert De Niro just got a little bit better, because the badass actor was mentioned by a couple of former New York Giants players after an unexpected surprise following the team’s Super Bowl XLII win in 2008 that’s just awesome.

Talking to “Good Morning Football,” here’s what former G-Men offensive lineman Shaun O’Hara and David Diehl said about their encounter with De Niro, via FOX Sports:

That’s pretty rad, in my opinion, seeing as how De Niro went out of his way to not only congratulate the team, but to track them down on their celebratory night and pay for the meal. And, of course, the night had to end with some chocolate dessert for the big men—those dudes can eat!
