Nike Honors The Patriots With Custom Super Bowl 51 Air Force 1’s Made From Real Game Balls

Nike

Falcons fans, turn away. Nike has teamed up with the Patriots to create a custom pair of Air Force 1 Low sneakers made of two footballs used during the greatest comeback in Super Bowl history. The shoes feature the Patriots’ logo, game details on the heel, and the laces have been made from two game balls’ actual laces.

The“SB 51 Comeback” Air Force 1’s will be on display in The Hall at Patriot Place leading up to Sunday night’s Super Bowl rematch against the 3-2 Falcons. Classic troll job.

According to a Nike press release, the sneaker will not be for sale but rather the Patriots will auction off the sneakers and donate all proceeds to the Boys & Girls Club of Boston.
