It’s every baseball fan’s dream to catch a ball while attending a game. So, when it happens, make sure you don’t completely fuck it up like this Baltimore Orioles fan did the other day.
Sitting in the left field stands—prime home run ball territory—Adam Jones of the O’s belted one right to the guy, who, literally, had the rawhide drop at his feet in what could only be described as a gift wrapped souvenir.
Unfortunately, during the moment he went to scoop up the ball and raise his arms in celebration, the damn thing slipped right out of his hands, flying a few rows in front of him to another fan.
Maybe he was drunk and couldn’t get a good grip? Or, could he have had grease on his hands from chowing on french fries right before the ball came to him? I have no damn clue. What’s obvious, though, is that he became the biggest jackass in Camden Yards after this happened, so he has that to brag about.
