Prosecutors Now Investigating Whether Johnny Manziel Violated His Restraining Order Against His Ex-Girlfriend By Partying In Miami
Yesterday we told you about how Johnny Manziel might be in hot water for partying at the nightclub LIV Miami while his ex-girlfriend Colleen Crowley was there. It would be a violation of a court-mandated agreement involving a restraining order between Crowley and Manziel following their misdemeanor domestic dispute in 2016.
Now, according to TMZ, The Dallas County District Attorney’s Office is actually looking into whether it was a violation of the restraining order.
Still, the District Attorney’s office has now decided to take a closer look into the matter. Here’s the statement from Brittany Dunn, Director of Communications for the Dallas County D.A.’s Office:
“We have been made aware of recent developments and prosecutors are currently reviewing the information and case to ensure that he is compliant with his terms.”
If Manziel is found to have violated the terms of his deal, the deal would be thrown out and he could be prosecuted for the original misdemeanor assault charge.
All of this doesn’t seem to be stopping him from having a good time. Last night at a strip club with his new girlfriend Bre Tiesi, he brought back the infamous Money Manziel money phone:
This guy is never gonna change.
