Ricky Williams spent twelve years as a running back in the NFL, but his accomplishments on the field will be forever overshadowed by the series of events that brought his career to a screeching halt after only five seasons. When he was handed a four-game suspension after testing positive for marijuana in 2004, Williams decided to hang up his cleats and turn his attention to the study of Ayurveda, a branch of holistic medicine with its roots in ancient India.

He eventually found himself and returned to the league, retiring shortly after recording 10,000 career rushing yards. Williams— who first turned to weed to treat his depression and anxiety— has been a vocal proponent of the medical benefits of the plant and even opened up a weed-friendly gym in San Francisco in 2016.

Now, he’s about to give “Super Bowl” a whole new meaning.

Recreational marijuana was officially legalized in California on January 1st, and Williams wasted no time taking advantage of the newly relaxed laws. He recently announced he’ll be hosting a marijuana-friendly Super Bowl party in Los Angeles on February 4th, which is perfect for anyone looking to have an amazing story they can tell for the rest of their life.

Williams is selling 50 tickets for $250 apiece, and while you’ll be treated to food and an open bar, you’ll have to provide your own weed. You’ll also get the chance to take a photo with the former RB, so while the entry fee might seem a bit steep, you have to ask yourself one question: Can you really put a price on a picture of you ripping a bong with Ricky Williams?

No. No, you cannot.

If this sounds like the ideal way to spend your Super Bowl Sunday, you can RSVP for tickets here.
