The World Baseball Classic is marching on. Team USA plays Venezuela later today, and Puerto Rico on Friday. But methinks we’re not going to see anything as exciting as what happened with Rougned Odor clowning himself over the weekend.

During Monday night’s Team Venezuela game against Italy, manager Omar Vizquel had Rougned Odor in the starting lineup in place of Jose Altuve. If you’re not totally familiar with Rougned Odor all you need to know is he’s the most hated player on the Texas Rangers, and last season he punched Toronto Blue Jays all-star Jose Bautista in the face.

Flash forward to Monday night’s World Baseball Classic game and Rougned Odor tried to pull off Jose Bautista’s iconic bat flip after thinking he’d crushed a dinger…But a dinger he did not crush:

You played yourself, bro. You hit a single and tried to swag it out like you smashed a bomb.

Thankfully, for Odor, this didn’t cost his team the game. He eventually scored the insurance run in the top of the 9th to make it a 4-2 game, and though Team Italy scored in the bottom of the 9th the game finished at 4-3 for Team Venezuela.

A tweet that was deleted just moments after sending from Houston Astros infielder Alex Bregman perfectly describes how we all feel about Rougned Odor’s clown ass bat flip:

As Bryce Harper would say: That’s a clown move, bro.
