Roy Halladay Has Some VERY Strong Opinions About Barry Bonds And Roger Clemens In The Hall Of Fame

The 2016 MLB Hall of Fame class will be unveiled today, and with that comes all the usual fun of arguing and debating engaging topics like who’s a first ballot Hall of Famer — can Ken Griffey Jr. do it unanimously?!? — and which players are thirdm ballot Hall of Famers, as well as which ones are complete assholes who don’t belong at all.

Yeah, there’s good reason why baseball has quickly become an afterthought for many sports fans. The high horse, holier-than-thou approach from sportswriters has become as old and stale as those who speak so devoutly on the topic.

But then there’s the Roy Halladay, who came out with guns blazing this morning, taking shots at Barry Bonds and Roger Clemens. Gotta love a guy who speaks his mind, especially when those aggressive thoughts are delivered at 2:53 am.

The are three things we now know for certain:

  • Roy Halladay does not want Barry Bonds, Roger Clemens, or any other known PED user inducted into the Hall of Fame.
  • Roy Halladay has absolutely no idea that the voting for players like Bonds and Clemens hasn’t come anywhere close to sniffing induction in the past.
  • Roy Halladay LOVES exclamation points.

Now… we wait. If there’s a significant surge in voting this year for either Bonds or Clemens, expect some Twitter gold from Roy to follow.
