Want To Stay Fit While Traveling? Here’s The Workout To Should Do

I’ve been traveling a lot lately. And while I love to travel, it seriously impacts my ability to make gainz. There’s the issue of not being able to cook, so you’re forced to try and scramble to find healthy meals. You’re also typically going to drink more than you may normally because you’re probably meeting with people, and when you meet with people you tend to drink.

But on top of all of that it’s difficult to workout. Some hotel gyms are great, but most of them aren’t. And continually getting a day pass at various gyms can get expensive quick.

If you’ve been there, then you feel my pain. Which is why I think you’re going to love this workout to do in your hotel room. Or really any room, but hotel rooms are the easiest way to think about it.

The best way to put together a workout while traveling is typically in a circuit fashion. This helps you cut down on time, make sure things get metabolic (so you’re burning through extra calories), and leaves you feeling like you’ve been productive.

Give the following hotel room circuit a try.

Circuit 1:

Push-up x15

T spine flow x4 per side

Bodyweight lunge x12 per side

*Don’t rest between exercises, rest 45 seconds between each round, do 5 rounds total.

Circuit 2:

Shoulder taps x8 per side

Mountain climbers x20 per side

Yogaplex x5 per side

*Don’t rest between exercises, rest 30 seconds between each round, do 5 rounds total.

All in all, the workout shouldn’t take you more than right around 20 minutes. But it should leave you sweaty and feeling like you got shit done. Give it a try and let me know how it goes for you.
