Now, I am not a lawyer but this seems to be a either a rebroadcast, retransmission or account of the game, likely without the express written consent of Major League Baseball. And as we all know, that kind of activity does NOT fly.
Although, considering the Rays’ attendance issue, I’m pretty sure no one cared. All eye balls are created equal when it comes to Florida baseball — whether their paying eye balls or mooching eye balls.
