Here Are The Betting Futures For The Masters 2016, A LOT Of Players Are Steals So Think Before You Bet

We’re roughly six weeks out from The 2016 Masters Tournament, the first and arguably most prestigious of the 4 major championships in golf. Even though we’re this far out Bovada has already released futures for the 2016 Masters, as well as 2016 US Open, Open Championship, and PGA Championship.

If you’re like me then you don’t necessarily need to bet on golf to make watching it more interesting, but it certainly makes the action a lot more interesting.

Below are the futures for the field that will be competing at this year’s Masters Tournament, and there are some major steals if you’re looking to take some long shots. Personally I think this is the year that Brooks Koepka breaks out in the Majors. Brooks finished tied for 33rd at last year’s Masters Tournament and then went on to finish tied for 10th at the Open Championship and tied for 5th at the PGA Championship. Given those stellar results last year I think Brooks Koepka’s successfully proven that he doesn’t crumble in majors, and I’m looking for him to have a break out year starting with the 2016 Masters Tournament.

Also, I’m liking Dustin Johnson this year as well. He’s married to the complete smokeshow Paulina Gretzky, he’s got a one-year-old son, and everything in his life seems to be in perfect harmony. Usually when you see a guy whose life is going as well as Dustin’s is right now that means he’s posed for a breakout year (though Dustin’s not necessarily a steal at +1600). i’m also digging Jonas Blixt at +10000 and Webb Simpson at +12500, I’m not sure why I just have a hunch here.

And if you prefer the visual approach, here’s the grid from Bovada:

With six weeks to go still until the 2016 Masters Tournament this means you can either get your bets in now, taking advantage of the potentially favorable odds six weeks out. However, getting your bets in now will also mean that you won’t be able to use the results of the next five PGA tournaments, results that will certainly change these futures/odds.

And just because Bovada’s already released them, here are the futures for the other major tournaments:

Now if you’re ready to get on the action you can head on over to Bovada and place your wager!
