The audience can always feel when an in-ring rivalry stems from real life. It’s obvious in the way two wrestlers talk to one another, talk about one another and the way they carry themselves against each other in the ring.
It was plain to see that for a every long time, The Rock and Triple H did not like one another. And why should they be friends? Both men were trying to be the top guy in the WWE (or at least a close second to Stone Cold Steve Austin) during the height of their bad blood. Tensions have simmered in recent years — with The Rock now making only rare appearances and Triple H running the company (while defending the WWE World Title) but there’s still a little something left in the anger tank for one another. That became obvious at WrestleMania 31.
With WrestleMania 32 just a few weeks away, here’s a brief reminder of the feud between Triple H and The Rock. Maybe WrestleMania 32 will be another chapter in this story?
