Every time a new NFL season starts, it seems like there are buddies of mine who actaully believe that they could survive a week of Training Camp—which I always seem to call their shit out on.
Seriously, grueling two-a-days and 90-plus degree weather in a bunch of pads isn’t something that us “normal” people are typically equipped to do, running drills and getting hit by behemoth men who want to take your head off. And these are from teammates!
In honor of @TG3II‘s 21st birthday, we let him run wild with the @GoPro helmet cam! Enjoy! #RamsCamp https://t.co/Ji0Y6MhwNI

Thanks to St. Louis Rams rookie running back Todd Gurley—who wore a GoPro during Rams practice yesterday—we get an idea of how difficult just one practice in the NFL really is.
I may run and occasionally lift, but these drills look absolutely exhausting, so I’m not so sure I wouldn’t pass out—or fall on my face—within the first attempt at some of these.
