Tom Brady Graces The Cover Of Madden ’18 And The New Trailer Will Make Your Pants Move

As a Patriots fan, does it make me nervous that Tom Brady is gracing the cover of Madden ’18? Well let’s revisit Gronk’s season after he was put on the ’17 cover (side note: this year marks the first time in the Madden NFL 30-year history that teammates have graced the cover in back-to-back years). In any event, Gronk suffered a hamstring injury in a practice, sidelining him for the first two games of the season. Not off to a great start, Madden. He then took that monstrous hit from Earl Thomas that resulted in a pulmonary contusion, missing one game. Oh ya, and then he had his third back surgery, sidelining him for the rest of the season. Sweet.

Brady swears he can overcome the curse, even though at 39-year-old, he is  the oldest player ever to appear on the cover.

“The Madden NFL 18 cover is a great honor for me,” said Brady. “Especially since I have been playing the game since growing up next to EA headquarters in the Bay Area. I’m not one to believe in curses, so I’m ready to take the challenge head on like always! It doesn’t stand a chance!!!”

Anyway, enough with my problems. Madden ’18 drops August 25th. LETS GO.

The anti-drug people gave him a $50 savings bond for his brave contribution to crime-fighting, and upon the bond’s maturity 10 years later, he used it to buy his very first bag of marijuana.
