Real talk: I’ve never been as good at anything in my life as I once was at Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 2 for Nintendo 64. Back in the day, I used to come home from H.S., go for a 3-mile run, and then spend a solid hour playing it before crew practice. This was my routine every single day, and this sounds like one of those ‘Call my friend Sean Hannity!’ statements but if you track down any of my friends from back then they’ll vouch that I would’ve easily been setting world records if there was a competitive circuit.
But enough about how ridiculously awesome I was, let’s look at how insanely good this dude is at pulling off skate tricks. The man seen above and below is Jonny Giger, and he’s mastered skateboarding in a way that most people cannot even begin to imagine:
