Trick Kick Return Leads to Michigan State Championship

Jarrett Mathison executed three separate fake handoffs before turning upfield and sprinting 90 yards to the end zone. Turning one’s back on hard-charging defenders requires ample faith in the blocking, and Mathison expressed gratitude that he didn’t get killed (we probably wouldn’t post it if he had been …I think).

Mathison also rushed for 110 yards and two touchdowns – and intercepted two passes – in his team’s win.

That’s a solid day’s work.
