University of Oregon Men’s basketball was playing at rival Utah on Thursday night when Junior Forward Dillon Brooks stole the show. He’s actually a pretty great basketball player and a vital component of the Oregon Ducks’ success in recent years. However, last night he decided to embarrass himself, the program, and the entire game of basketball.
This is, without question, the most egregious flop in the history of men’s basketball. Instead of drawing the charge, which Dillon Brooks was attempting to do, he got hit with a foul for flopping like a mother fucking pancake.
The timing was off, as he’d waited until play had stopped before he even tried to flop. His acting was horrific and if this was a movie he’d be nominated for one of the Razzie Awards.
I’m not saying that he should be arrested for this flop because it was that offensively bad, but I also wouldn’t be mad if he had to spend some time in the clink to think about what he’s done. At the very least he should be forced to play his next game wearing a dunce cap.
