Throwback Thursday: Meg Ryan

Meg Ryan will forever be remembered for her fake orgasm scene in the 1989 film When Harry Met Sally… Today let’s take a look back at her career and see what she’s been up to lately. As you can see from the pictures as you click on, one of the reasons Meg Ryan is so remembered for that scene is because she was just about the perfect combination of cute and sexy back in the day. That’s why she did so well with her subsequent films like Sleepless in Seattle, French Kiss, Addicted to Love, City of Angels, and You’ve Got Mail. Unfortunately for us, after You’ve Got Mail in 1998 she dialed her career back big time, having done only 10 films since, none of them with the same success.

As for what she’s been up to lately, Meg Ryan’s only listing on her IMDB page is for something called Web Therapy, an improvised online series that moved to Showtime in 2011. Sadly for fans of hers like us that’s pretty much it.
