If You’re In College And Considering A Threesome Then Read This Story Now So This Doesn’t Happen To You

After engaging in a 100% consensual threesome a student in Manhattan was suspended from his college for two semesters, and in order to fully enroll once again he must undergo mandatory sex-violence training, and he must write an essay about his experience. This is because according to the American Musical and Dramatic Academy (the college he attends), Richard Doe was found to be in violation of the college’s ‘basic rules of conduct’, which apparently includes ‘no threesomes’ somewhere within it. This student, Richard Doe, is now suing for unspecified damages because (a) he believes he’s done nothing wrong whatsoever and (b) he believes the college is/was in violation of Title IX by not offering him due process.

Josh Saul and Danika Fears of the NYPost report:

Plaintiff John Doe met Jane Doe during their freshman year of college at the American Musical and Dramatic Academy, his Manhattan federal suit states.
“Jane Doe told Plaintiff she . . . wanted to have a ‘three-some,’ ” court papers say. So John, Jane and Richard Doe did the deed.
The female student later complained to the college, which opened an investigation that found both men had violated the school’s sexual-misconduct policy. They were kicked out of the school for two semesters and must complete sex-violence training and write an essay, the suit says.
But John and Richard have a recording of the woman telling both men after the sex session: “It was just a lot to handle . . . Both of you guys at one time. I mean damn. Maybe another time, but at different times.”
John appealed and the school decided he didn’t violate its misconduct policy. But it still found him in violation of the college’s “basic rules of conduct.”

If you’re interested in reading through the college’s ‘basic rules of conduct’ they can be found in the student handbook, you can click over here to give that a download.

Having scrolled through that handbook just now (it’s an 8mb download, jump to page 15 for the relevant info) I didn’t see anything that would justify the college upholding a two semester suspension for a threesome. If any of you reading this can find anything in that student code of conduct that covers consensual threesomes then hit me up down below in the comments, because I’m losing faith in our nation’s collegiate system as we speak… For more on this story you can follow that link down below and head on over to the New York Post.
