The charges included TWO counts grand theft, filing a false police report and possession of marijuana. That’s quite a resume Bregoli has been putting together there. (I still can’t figure out why the tour she had planned, with all the silly rider demands, was “postponed” until further notice. Any thoughts?)
For what it’s worth, those crimes were committed before Bregoli appeared on Dr. Phil, i.e. when she was younger than 14.
According to TMZ…
Danielle Bregoli, who’s 14, was sentenced to 5 years probation Tuesday in Delray Beach, FL after pleading guilty to 4 charges back in June — including 2 counts of grand theft, possession of marijuana, and filing a false police report.
Other charges were reportedly dropped as part of her deal.
She isn’t completely out of the woods yet though. Bregoli could also face charges for a different battery incident that occurred in Lake Worth, Florida.
The judge also ruled that Bregoli could complete her probation in California, where she lives with her mom. Something her dad isn’t too thrilled about.
Back in June, when she entered her guilty pleas, NBC affiliate WPTV reported…
The teen’s father, Ira Peskowitz was also in court asking the judge to restrict Danielle’s internet access. The judge denied Peskowitz’s request.
“My daughter is being exploited,” said Peskowitz after court. Tearfully expressing concerns that his daughter is being groomed for a career in pornography by adults who want to leverage her newfound celebrity.
Guessing he didn’t get that restriction on her internet access he wanted…
“Florida, come on vacation, leave on probation 😵✈️☀️#goinggoingbackbacktocalicali.”
So, what’s the over/under on Bregoli violating her probation? Three, four weeks?
