The Pepsi Tailgate Tour Is Coming To A Football Stadium Near You This Fall — Here’s Why You Should Check It Out

Brandon Wenerd / BroBible

Presented in partnership with the Pepsi and the Pepsi Tailgate Tour…

Family, friends, football. It’s the three pillars that signify everything great about the fall. But there’s more to football than just showing up to a stadium and shuffling through a cattle-heard of people on a Saturday and Sunday in the fall. It’s about gathering in a parking lot or field with friends, family, and fellow fans spirit of revelry. A truly great game day experience is all about the grillin’ and chillin’, the cornhole games with reunited friends, and the epic memories created in the spirit of the day.

This fall, Pepsi is helping football fans create those game day memories outside college football and NFL stadiums around the country. The Pepsi Tailgate Tour is an epic 10-date experience that kicks off a few hours before kickoff. There’s cornhole and ladder ball, along with tons of free Pepsi products and a cranked up performance by American country duo LoCash, who just dropped “It Feels Like A Party” – a brand new earworm that’s perfect for turned up football tailgate.

In other words, get ready for a sing-along before you head into the stadium.

I headed to Dallas this past weekend to check out the first dates of the Pepsi Tailgate Tour before the Cowboys-Giants game outside AT&T Stadium. Here’s why the Pepsi Tailgate Tour deserves to be on every football fan’s agenda this fall.

Cornhole + Ladder Ball

Tell me you haven’t had this problem before: You’re Ubering to a game but you still want to hang out, tailgate, and toss some bags without worrying about leaving your treasured cornhole set in the parking lot. Pepsi got you. The Pepsi Tailgate Tour has PLENTY of cornhole boards and ladder ball sets to toss bags while hanging with your buddies. You can’t miss it.

No need to worry about packing up your own before heading into the stadium. And you can earn some bragging rights to gently rib your buddies before the game. It’s a tailgating win-win.

It always feels like a party with LoCash. Nothing like quite likle Bro-ing out to a little Bro country to get you pumped up for the big game. If you’re familiar with the ins and outs of country radio, you’re probably familiar with LoCash. They’re an American country duo consisting of vocalists Chris Lucas and Preston Brust, two totally awesome music industry veterans from Baltimore, Maryland and Kokomo, Indiana. They work in some awesome original jams in a high octane set, including some tracks you’re probably familiar from their radio airplay: “Don’t Get Better Than That”, “Feels Like A Party”, and “I Love This Life,” a song so infectious you probably all know the words without even know it.

Just throw this on the aux on game day and tell me you aren’t ready for some fun times:

Also: Did you know the two dudes from Locash wrote “Truck Yeah” for Tim McGraw? Truck yeah, they did. Total Bros.

A chance to meet local football legends.

Hey look, you just know know Pepsi is going to bring out some surprises on game day, especially when you’re tailgating that close to the stadium. For example, at the Pepsi Tailgate Tour, I got a chance to meet Hall of Famer and legendary Cowboys linebacker Charles Haley before the Cowboys trounced all-over the Giants. He even brought his five Super Bowl rings from all those trips ‘Dem Boys took to the Big Game back in the day.

Snacks, Snacks, Snacks… Free Pepsi and Snacks!

What would tailgating with Pepsi be without some delicious munchies and a couple ice cold Pepsis to wash it down? The Pepsi Tailgate Tour has snacks and coolers of Pepsi everywhere, including my beloved Salsa Verde Tostitos to satisfy those pre-game, pre-stadium cravings.
