Then have we got the home for you!
Scott Disick’s baller bachelor pad in Hidden Hills, California is now available to rent for the low, low price of just $60K a month! That’s only $44,000 more a month than if you rented Danny McBride’s house. PLUS, move in there and you’ll be a tenant of LAND-Lord Disick.
Here’s what you’ll get for your $720,000 a year, according to Trulia. (Who I totally stole that LAND-Lord line from. It was just too perfect.)
The Cape Cod–style home, which was built in 1968, measures 8,110 square feet. Recently expanded and remodeled, the property offers bright and sunny views while maintaining extreme privacy at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. With an open floor plan, the home features a new chef’s kitchen opening out to a large family room. There are also living and formal dining rooms that open to each other, as well as a second family room in the downstairs children’s wing. A loft in the upstairs children’s wing provides extra space for a growing family.
In the main living area, there are six bedrooms, including the master suite that has its own balcony, new bath, and big dual closets. A separate guest suite, perfect for a nanny or housekeeper, has its own entrance. The expansive grounds include a large pool, spa, lawn, patios, fire pit, and basketball area.
The home, which Disick bought for $5.96 million back in 2016, was put on the market just six months after Disick bought it with a price tag of $8.8 million. Shockingly, there were no takers so now he’s going the rental route. Lucky us!
