Jeff Franklin, the current owner, as well as the creator and executive producer of Full House, Fuller House, and Hangin’ with Mr. Cooper, has just listed the iconic Full House home in San Francisco’s Lower Pacific Heights neighborhood.

Built in 1883 by noted victorian architect, Charles Hinkel Lewis, the home maintains many of it’s architecturally significant details including the ornate moldings, soaring ceilings, and corinthian-style columns. Modern updates include intricately-placed skylights, wide plank hardwood floors, contemporary tiled bathrooms, a redesigned open floor plan, and a bold blue kitchen with Viking appliances and Calcutta Oro marble.

Throughout the sitcom, which ran from 1987 to 1995, the property was featured as the Tanner family home. When looking for the right spot, Jeff Franklin told The Hollywood Reporter, “I wanted the family to live in one of those classic Victorian homes. For some reason, that one jumped out at me. There were lots of candidates but that was the winner.”

The three-story, 3,728-square-foot home, also has four bedrooms including a master suite with walk-in closet, 3.5 bathrooms, two fireplaces, a den, wet bar, an English garden, and garage parking.

Listing agent Cindy Ambuehl of Compass, who also represented Jeff Franklin in the purchase of the property, noted that “Jeff had no idea how iconic the property was unit he toured it for the first time.”

The famous home is listed at $5,999,999 and can be found here.

So if you can afford around $24,178 a month in mortgage payments and a $1.2 million down payment, you can live in the same place that was once home to Aunt Becky. Although, that may not be the best selling point these days.
