Trailer for ‘Hobo with a Shotgun’ Just as Bloody and Ridiculous as It Sounds
Generally speaking, people have some irrational fears: spiders, snakes, sharks, clowns, hearing the words “I'm pregnant” from a long-forgotten, spring-break one-night stand. Loosely based on a teaser trailer that ran between the two parts of 2007's “Grindhouse” double-bill, “Hobo with a Shotgun” concerns a stark-mad homeless person brandishing a pump-action shotgun, ready to blast slugs into every car and pedestrian that crosses his path. Fortunately, the hobo packing heat in freshman director Jason Eisener's pulpy feature film is a flannel-wearing, skid-row wino seeking revenge and vigilante justice on the city's crooked sc*mbags. The first trailer debuted this weekend in front of Robert Rodriguez's new film “Machete.” Check it out after the jump.
