Want To Watch The Alleged Iggy Azalea Sex Tape? You Might Just Get Your Chance
Remember way back yesterday when we reported that the alleged Iggy Azalea sex tape would probably never be released? Yeah, scratch that.
Iggy and her legal team have denied the tape’s existence and made threat after threat, but according to some interesting new information there now appears to be a very high likelihood that this sex tape could actually see the light of day after all.
Iggy Azalea’s former boyfriend/manager now claims Iggy signed her rights away to him, giving him legal authority to market their sex tape … TMZ has learned.
Hefe Wine says Iggy signed a lengthy agreement with him in 2009 — obtained by TMZ — which gives him exclusive rights to “manufacture, sell, distribute and advertise ‘any’ recording embodying visual images.”
And they’re not just pissing in the wind either. TMZ actually has a copy of Iggy’s signature (using her real name Amethyst Amelia Kelly) on the document.
They go on to say that while Iggy signed the contract to make records and music videos, Wine believes all he has to do is put a music bed under the sex tape and then he would have every legal right to sell it to whomever he pleases. Even more interesting, the contract states that Wine has the legal right to create a Web site to market and host the video should he choose to do so.
So in the matter of 24 hours we went from little to no chance of the alleged Iggy Azalea sex tape ever being seen to now a very high likelihood of it not only being seen, but having it’s own special Web site.
