It’s officially sweater season and you have the right to remain comfortable. And for a lot of you guys reading this it’s equally as important to look great and feel good. I’ve pulled together six of the best sweaters you can pick up this Fall/right now that make great everyday layers.
Each of these sweaters below is available for purchase over on Huckberry. You can follow the links anywhere throughout the article to scoop them now but they’re already selling out in select sizes so you might want to act fast if you see something you like. Let’s get into it.
The first one below is the The Mitch by Schott ($138) which is a cozy blend of 80% wool and 20% nylon. I’m pretty partial to shawl-style sweaters and this one just fits great. It features a southwestern pattern throughout.
The right/above Barbour Patch Half Zip ($150) is made from a soft and luxurious lambswool fabric that’s warm and cozy. This also features a shawl-style collar which feels great around the neck but also helps keep warmth locked in. Barbour is second to none when it comes to comfortable cool-weather layers and this is a perfect example of that.
The Seawool Fisherman Sweater by Wellen ($128) below comes in Navy and Charcoal. This sweater offers temperature-regulating warmth thanks to the amazing blend of 50% Seawool, 20% viscose, 20% nylon, and 10% wool. This is quick-drying in case you happen to find yourself in a storm and it’s incredibly soft from the first day.
The Crewneck Sweatshirt In French Terry by Alex Mill ($96) comes in Faded Olive, Navy, and Black. The French terry fabric is one of the most comfortable fabrics on the planet so while this might look like a plain sweater it’s arguably the softest sweater you’ll ever own.
The Schott Wool Blend Pullover Sweater ($140) has a comfortable weave for keeping you warm and the soft/cozy blend of wool and nylon feels great on the skin. You can wear this with a t-shirt underneath or long-sleeves and you won’t overheat. The stand-up neck frames a collar underneath perfectly and this Burgundy color is perfect for the season.
Last up is the Barbour Tisbury Half-Zip ($135) which comes in Seaweed or Grey. This is a classic quarter-zip design but made with unmatched Barbour craftsmanship. It is constructed out of a blend of luxurious silk and wool that’s incredibly smooth and soft.
