One of my favorite menswear brands, Relwen, just released some new activewear for the Fall and the wind doesn’t stand a chance. I wanted to throw the Sprint Windshort, Stretch Windpant, and the Windzip Popover on your radar.
This collection is definitely on the higher end of activewear, in terms of price. But this is one of the best brands out there at the moment and you get what you pay for. Let’s check out the Relwen Sprint Windshorts first:
These shorts are breathable and water-resistant. They have slick matte finish and are lined with a soft and lightweight jersey fabric. They have a versatile athletic fit that works with pretty much any build and have stitch-through construction on the front pockets so you’ll never get any bunching. They are garment-washed for a lived-in look and feel immediately which means you won’t get any abrasions the first time you take these for a spin.
The shell is a water-resistant/breathable two-way stretch nylon, 98 gsm, 94% nylon, and 6% spandex and the lining/pockets are made from a blend of jersey fabric that’s 60% polyester and 40% cotton.
Here we’ve got the Relwen Stretch Windpants which are perfect for jogging or traveling. Maybe you toss them on for a Fall trip to Iceland or the Northeast/West/Colorado or every day to and from the gym. Check ’em out:
These pants come in Black Fade, Olive, and Faded Camo. Like the shorts, the shell is made from a water-resistant and breathable two-way stretch nylon, 98 gsm, 94% nylon, and 6% spandex. The lining and pocketing are also that jersey fabric blend of polyester + cotton. The ribbed ankle cuffs are an excellent touch on these pants and somehow these windpants look better wrinkled than they do fresh, at least to me.
The Relwen Windzip Popover is a CLUTCH garment for this Fall/Winter. It’s an excellent way to keep the elements off your body under all circumstances, whether you’re on a first date, headed to the gym, or on your way to work.
The Relwen Windzip Popover is loaded up with a dense 60 gram down alternative filling so it’s warm enough to keep you comfortable but it’s breathable to ensure you never get too hot. This popover is loaded up with pockets so you can wear it on a run and stuff your keys + phone if you need to. It comes in Black Fade and Navy styles for you to choose from.
