Printing ink to paper is so 2011. Now you can print pieces of chocolate in various shapes and design. It’s like technology has found its way into the mind of every premenstrual Pinterest user.
It is pretty cool that something like this is possible. It’s probably great for people who bake or work in the dessert arts. That said, if you’re a regular person buying this machine that prints chocolate, there’s no way you’re going to come off well. Because it’s the kind of thing you have to point out but that you can’t do organically. Call me crazy, but I don’t think the technology to print stylized chocolate often comes up organically in conversation. “Oh, I know, politics are crazy! But you know what’s not crazy? The advancements in print machinery for sugar-based delicacies.” Doesn’t flow.
