According to the YouTube uploader, the guy in the video was fine and just racked the bar too close to his wind pipe. It’s probably also important to note that this is basically the whole reason the squat cage was invented…to avoid people dropping 400 pounds on themselves. If the alternative is squishing yourself, that’s probably the one acceptable time to skip leg day.
