Penn State was unable to stop a serial molester from preying on kids for decades so now they’re doing the next best thing–banning Neil Diamond’s “Sweet Caroline” from football games. The words “touching me, touching you” apparently wouldn’t look so good coming from the mouths of Penn State faithful.
The song was popular at games and it had become somewhat of a tradition over the last few years. But now that Jerry Sandusky got caught touching boys in the locker room, those innocent lyrics are now tainted.
Yes, we’ve become far too sensitive America. And stupid, don’t forget stupid.
