To those of you who watch something like this and say “That’s why I don’t go to the gym, because it’s full of idiots like this!” as an excuse to not have to exercise, let me apologize from the bottom of my heart – some people are just dense. Some people do bicep curls in the squat racks and some people use the leg press with their arms. Not everyone in the gym is like this though, and you should definitely not judge a book by its cover…even if that cover is moronic.
