‘Fuck It, I Quit’: News Reporter Quits On-Air After Outing Herself As The Founder Of The Alaska Cannabis Club

In the middle of a segment about legalizing marijuana, KTVA reporter Charlo Greene outed herself as the founder and owner of Alaska’s Cannabis Club. She proceeded to inform viewers that she would be dedicating her time and energy to the cause. Which left her with no choice but to resign on-air, and she did so with fucking gusto.

According to Alaska Dispatch News, Greene bowed out with no class in an effort to do exactly what she did, create a free viral video to draw attention to the legalization of marijuana in Alaska.

Asked why she quit in such a dramatic way, she said, “Because I wanted to draw attention to this issue. And the issue is medical marijuana. Ballot Measure 2 is a way to make medical marijuana real … most patients didn’t know the state didn’t set up the framework to get patients their medicine.”

“If I offended anyone, I apologize, but I’m not sorry for the choice that I made,” she said.

In the words of George W. Bush: Mission Accomplished.
