Touchdown Tommy and Giselle have listed their 3,300 square feet, three bedroom, 3.5 bath condo in Manhattan’s Flatiron District for the affordable price of $17.5 million. The condo is located on the 48th floor of the prestigious One Madison tower, in which the top four floors are owned by media mogul Rupert Murdoch.

According to Variety, the building provides residents with round-the-clock doorman and concierge services, a private screening room, a private dining room with catering kitchen, and a fitness facility with a lap pool and steam room.

Brady and Giselle bought their unit back in 2014 for about $11.7 million. The unit includes a private elevator, wrap around floor-to-ceiling windows with prime views of One World Trade Center and the Empire State Building, a media room, and private bathrooms in all the rooms.
