Woman Who Downed 14 Shots Of Whiskey, Had ‘Mutual Masturbation’ On Airplane And Assaulted Police Found Guilty
What’s a gal to do on an excruciatingly long 2 hour and 20 minute flight from Toronto to Halifax? No cell phone, no friends, and the movie they showed was probably Nicolas Cage’s 2014 dud Left Behind. I know! Jerk a stranger off in his seat for everyone to see!
On Wednesday, Judge Timothy Gabriel found Alicia Elizabeth Lander guilty for her crazy actions on Air Canada Flight 610 from Toronto to Halifax on January 24, 2014. Lander went with the “I Was Too Fucking Blitzed On Alcohol Defense.” Which made perfect sense seeing that she gulped down 14 shots of Crown Royal Whiskey at a lounge in the Toronto Pearson International Airport. The 26-year-old woman testified that she had blacked out and was unaware of any of her naughty activities. She contends that she forgot that she pulled her panties down on the airplane or that she requested to change seats so that she could sit next to her new friend who bought her the shots in the lounge.
Blackout City – Population: Alicia Elizabeth Lander.
John Dunn, who was service director for eventful flight, said that an hour into the flight a passenger told him the people sitting in seats 14A and 14B were about to join the “Mile High Club.” That’s where he found Lander and Jason George Chase engaging in what he described as “mutual masturbation.” Looks like nuts were served on this flight. They had a small jacket over their laps, but Dunn could tell what they were doing. Dunn said that Lander’s underwear were down around her ankles and he asked her to get dressed.
Lander was instructed to go back to the seat she was originally assigned and slept for the remainder of the flight. Once they landed, Lander became combative when Dunn informed the authorities of the woman’s actions. Royal Canadian Mounted Police Constable Mac Routliffe testified that Lander was disruptive and screaming profanities after meeting officers at the arrivals gate. He also said Lander kicked him twice.
The improper flyer was placed in an interview room, where two officers had to hold the door shut to contain her. She kicked holes in the walls of the room. Crazy pussy is always the best pussy.
“I feel ashamed it happened. I would never, ever do something in that kind of manner,” Lander testified. “It’s not me. It’s not me to assault anyone.” The boozy traveler claimed that she began drinking because she was depressed.
“Her actions appear to have been deliberate,” Judge Gabriel told the court. “There was no indication that she was in any type of diminished capacity. She was intoxicated. She simply chose to behave in a disgraceful manner.”
Lander was found guilty of committing an indecent act, assaulting a police officer, committing an act of mischief and causing a disturbance that damaged property at Halifax Stanfield International Airport. Chase, 40, was also charged with committing an indecent act and had originally pleaded not guilty, but changed his plea to guilty in January. Lander is due back in court in July for sentencing, and Crown attorney Cheryl Byard said she will likely not seek jail time.
Sure beats watching Left Behind.
