Besides Ochocinco and T.O., Which Wide Receivers Are on Your Must-Draft Lists?

by 9 years ago

So far this week, we've picked your Fantasy Football brains about quarterbacks and running backs. Up next: wide receivers. In my experience, this is the position that offers up as many big days as major disappointments. For every 2-touchdown, 140-yard performances, there seems to be a no-TD, 1-for-8 catches dud. Whether that's because Darrelle Revis is lining up on the other side of the ball (last year at least), or because there are three other WR options, or simply because of inconsistency, it's never fun to see 2-spot show up on your score card in a week when you really needed your top receiver to come through. As always, we have a few questions for you when it comes to drafting wide receivers.

  • Which wide receiver would you select first among these: Andre Johnson, Randy Moss, Miles Austin, DeSean Jackson, Reggie Wayne, Larry Fitzgerald, and Roddy White.
  • Do you like, as reader coolrnrw21 suggested yesterday, to “handcuff” your WR with your quarterback? Or do you like to spread things around?
  • Which WRs beyond those mentioned above do you have your eye on for a late-round draft pick?
  • And would you draft Chad Ochocinco or his trusty sidekick, T.O., or are you wary of the drama and the in-game Tweets?
