Fighting Doesn’t Get You Suspended if You’re a Part of the Thursday Night NFL Game
Survivor Pick of the Week:
SAN DIEGO over Oakland
Last week's Browns vs. Panthers affair was another survivor pick that came down to the last minute, but Cleveland survived. That wasn't the first time that a survivor pick has survived by the skin of its teeth. (Those still alive are nodding their heads.) The obvious choice this week seems to be the Chargers as they haven't lost a game in December since '05. They're pulling off their typical late-season surge and the Raiders are reeling right now. Normally I'd be a little concerned about the Chargers because they've screwed me in the past, but Oakland already stole their victory against San Diego this year. It's not happening again. The Eagles and Packers (for those who haven't used them yet) would be the two other best options. Some out there are considering taking the riskier play with Seattle, which isn't the worst idea because Carolina is clearly the worst team in football.
Tennessee, Green Bay, New England, New Orleans, Indianapolis, Pittsburgh, Baltimore, N.Y. Jets, Atlanta, Tampa Bay, Cincinnati, Cleveland.
Thursday Night Pick:
PHILADELPHIA -8.5 over Houston
I think they could've made this line 10 points and I still would've picked the Eagles. They should rebound after a rough loss last week and the Texans present the perfect opportunity with their terrible pass defense. I can just see DeSean Jackson running past Kareem Jackson for long touchdowns on two occasions and I know you can too.
