A kid from a Wyoming Little League team is going viral after smacking a home run while wearing a pair of leather ranching work gloves.

It’s only fitting coming from the Cowboy State, as this kid showed he can produce on the farm and at the dish. I mean, this takes old school and blue collar to another level. None of those flashy batting gloves. No showboating. Just a straight and to the point display of pure power.

We’ve already seen a few impressive home runs thus far in the Little League World Series, but this one might just take the cake. He took this hanging breaking ball for a ride with the homer sailing well over the scoreboard in the left field stands.

Take a look at the absolute moonshot below.

As expected, social media went crazy after seeing the bomb.

The kid at the plate is Aydin Jeffress from Gillette, Wyoming. Take a look at the hilarious response on Twitter after seeing Jeffress’s monster shot.

As you can imagine, there were plenty of Yellowstone references.

Jeffress’s home run put his guys up 4-2 in the third inning, but it wouln’t be enough. Gillette would wind up falling in the matchup, 7-4, to a team from Snow Canyon, Utah. The loss might have eliminated the squad from LLWS contention, but this kid will have a story to tell for the rest of his days.

Absolute legend.
