The Miami Dolphins are expected to release Ndamukong Suh today. The 5-time Pro Bowler didn’t waste any time in cutties the ties with Miami because he’s already listed his 11,142-square-foot Ft. Lauderdale mansion for $7.29 million.
If Ndamukong Suh is able to sell his home for the asking price then it will prove to have been a pretty solid investment. He purchased the home in July 2015 for $6.5 million which means the sale would result in $790K profit. Suh purchased the sprawling mansion after the Miami Dolphins signed him to a 6-year, $114 million contract but Miami has been offloading their top players this offseason as part of what’s being called a ‘cultural change’ in the locker room.
According to Miami’s Sun Sentinel, the house sits on a lot that measures around a half acre and it is located on the Intracoastal Waterway. So it’s the perfect mansion for anyone who likes to spend time on the water and sit in their house while staring out at the water. Really, this is a perfect house for anyone living in South Florida who has enough money to purchase this mansion because it’s totally badass and it was only built back in 2013.
