Week 14 of the 2019 NFL season is nearly in the books. All that’s left is Monday Night Football in Philly where the Eagles will take on Eli Manning and the New York Giants. Eli’s been benched for weeks so this game’s actually a little more interesting than your typical MNF matchup between a 2-10 and 5-7 team.

There were all sorts of NFL action on Sunday with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers engineering a 4th quarter win against the Colts. The NY Jets beat the Dolphins as time expired by kicking a 44-yard field goal. The 49ers and Saints combined for NINETY FOUR points (48-46) and there’s a case to be made that the Saints lost because Drew Brees drove the field too quick and gave the 49ers too much time to score. The Broncos somehow showed up on the road and dominated the Texans (38-24) which shocked bettors.

Cleveland hung on to beat the Bengals 27-19, the Ravens survived a road scare and beat the Bills 24-17. The Falcons blew out the Panthers 40-20 at home. The Titans exposed the Raiders 42-21 and the Chiefs beat the Patriots in Foxboro 23-16, thanks in part to some awful calls by the refs. What did all of this mean for the betting world? Well, the sportsbooks did pretty well overall in this week’s NFL gambling recap due in part to ‘70% of the tickets and 85% of the money’ on New England over the Chiefs.

According to the recap on The Action Network, the SuperBook in Las Vegas experienced “a very good day overall” despite some large bets. The sportsbooks won huge on the Redskins covering against Green Bay and the Broncos winning despite being 8-point underdogs. Also, the Chiefs were underdogs against the Pats which helped the house a lot this weekend.

Some of this weekend’s biggest winners include this guy who hit six-figure parlays on Saturday and Sunday. Sunday’s parlay wasn’t 100% NFL but I figured since it was mostly NFL I’d include it here. On Sunday, he bet $25,000 on: Vikings moneyline vs. Lions + Packers moneyline vs. Redskins, + Browns moneyline vs. Bengals, + 49ers moneyline at Saints, + Gonzaga moneyline at Washington. That paid out $116,260 in New Jersey. 24 hours earlier, the same guy cashed a $183,892 parlay betting 8 teams on the moneyline. That’s a pretty fucking good weekend right there.

Elsewhere, another bettor but $270,000 on the Seahawks (+1) which lost. The Seahawks got beaten by the rams 28-12 on Sunday Night Football. But it wasn’t total devastation for that bettor because he’d already won $195,000 on the Ravens and $150,000 on Buffalo.

This bettor at the MGM cashed around $273,000 after taking the 49ers at +2.5 thanks to a last-second field goal. There was also a ton of action on the Ravens.

Losing $33,000 on the Raiders because you live in Las Vegas and that team’s about to move to Las Vegas has to feel like a bad bet in hindsight but this guy’s a legend so I’ll never question his decisions under any circumstances.
