Rob Gronkowski has sparked yet more retirement rumors because it’s now being reported that he is selling his penthouse in Boston’s Seaport District for $2.375 million.

MassLive.com reports Gronk only just purchased the property in 2016 for $1.9 million, so a half-mill profit would be a nice little addition to his retirement fund.

The 2,063-square-foot corner penthouse loft features two bedrooms, two bathrooms, Bellawood maple floors, a custom-built kitchen with a restaurant grade stainless Viking stove with dual ovens, a third stainless Miele oven, and a Subzero fridge, plus, best of all, a private roof deck where one can only imagine how much alcohol has been consumed by the brothers Gronkowski.

The listing calls it a “a great place for grand scale entertaining.” Of that, there is no doubt.

And it can be all yours for around $12,510 a month in mortgage payments, with a small $475,000 down payment, according to Realtor.com’s payment calculator.

No word on whether the $2.375 million asking price includes the Squatty Potty…
