WATCH OF THE DAY: Farer Kingsley – Made To Last For Life
If you’re not familiar with Farer, you’re missing out. Farer combines British design with Swiss watchmaking to create products that are purposely engineered to last decades. From hand-drawn design to Roventa-Henex manufacturing, they’re dedicated to making timepieces that can be worn for a lifetime or longer.
Every aspect of the Kingsley is gorgeous, from the silver curved sunray dial to the back’s compass engraving.
The most unique aspects of the timepiece’s dial are the blue hands and coral red numbers but I think my favorite part of the Kingsley’s beautiful look is the bronze crown. The crown stands out in contrast of the brush stainless steal case, creating a clean but unique look for this timepiece.
In addition to an awesome wristwatch, the Kingsley carries a great backstory with its name. The Kingsley is named after famed explorer Mary Kingsley, one of the first female British explorers and a certified badass.
This timepiece is the ultimate bang-for-your-buck at just a hair over $350. A watch of this caliber, driven by a Swiss-made ETA 955.102 movement and designed to last a lifetime can drain the bank but not with Farer.
