Breaking Bad star Aaron Paul is looking to sell his dope Spanish-style West Hollywood home located above the Sunset Strip for $2.198 million – around $300,000 less than his original asking price for the property.

Paul is selling the home because he’s already moved on up to a $7 million house in Los Feliz previously owned by Jim Parsons, Robert Pattinson, and NBA Hall of Famer Kareem Abdul-Jabbar.

“The whole house carries that historical Spanish vibe, right down to the landscaping,” listing agent Trevor Edmond said about the 2,864-square-foot Sunset Strip home.

Paul bought the place in 2012 for $1.4 million and “lightly updated” it, according to Realtor.com.

Built in 1931, the house is located just minutes from Sunset Boulevard and Chateau Marmont, and was once the home of Brad Pitt.

It comes with beamed ceilings and arched doorways, four bedrooms, three-and-a-half bathrooms, a den, a movie screening room, a bar area on the lower level, a balcony, multiple decks and outdoor lounging areas, and an incredible view of downtown L.A.’s cityscape.

According to its listing on Realtor.com, the property will set you back around $11.758 a month in mortgage payments after a $439,600 down payment.

Easy peasy.
