Former San Francisco 49ers head coach Jim Harbaugh has been the boss at the University of Michigan since 2015, but it has taken him until this past week to finally put his luxurious Bay Area mansion up for sale.
One look at the interior and exterior of the 8,500 square-foot home and it’s easy to see why he would be reluctant to part with it.
Harbaugh paid $6.3 million for the property in 2012, shortly after taking over the 49ers. Now, 7 years later, he’s asking for $12.988 million.
The home, built in 2007 on a private, gated 1.3 acre lot, comes with five bedrooms, eight bathrooms, and a guesthouse.
