Movie stars like Leonardo DiCaprio live in a completely different world than the rest of us. Which is why we often get such a kick out of seeing what the inside of their homes look like.

Celebrity homes often look more like museums than places where people actually conduct their day to day lives. Their homes are so fancy that one wonders what exactly it is that they do in some of the many rooms they have.

Leonardo DiCaprio, a lifelong bachelor, has owned more than his fair share of amazing homes and one of them, his former West Village bachelor pad in the Green Delos Building, just got a price drop cut and is now on sale for just $7.5 million. And it is unlike any other home you will have probably ever seen.

Remember when Leo shocked his pal Jonah Hill while he was walking in West Village back in 2016?

Well, now you can be a part of that crowd and it will only cost you around $40,072 a month in mortgage payments (with a small $1,500,000 down payment, of course).

So, what do you get for $40K a month, other than living in the same home where Leonardo DiCaprio wined and dined a plethora of the world’s most beautiful women?

Well, according to the home’s listing

“Some buyers seek an environment that is the healthiest from every perspective. A prominent proponent of good health is the former owner, Leonardo DiCaprio, an environmental activist and famous actor, who selects eco-friendly homes designed to promote well-being. Along with Bill Gates and Jeff Vinik, he is even in the board of DELOS, a not-for-profit dedicated to the features that promote wellness in real estate that are exemplified in 66 East 11th Street.

“66 East 11 Street, The Green Delos Building, is an Uber eco-friendly environment that has been called the healthiest building in New York City. This boutique condominium conversion features only six residences among eight stories housed in an 1897 terra-cotta building. Designed and constructed by Loffredo Brooks Architect, it is the first WELL Certified building in the world.

The 3,663 square foot, three bedroom, two and a half bathroom full floor loft also comes with 42 feet of frontage, 11 foot high ceilings, Vitamin C-infused showers, purified air and water in-duct aromatherapy, posture-supportive heat reflexology flooring, anti-microbial coating on countertops and doors, circadian rhythm lighting system, bio-based insulation for optimum sound attenuation, and triple glazed windows facing north and south Irrigated interior planters to easily grow plants indoors.

But wait, there’s more!

In the kitchen, you get African Anigre cabinetry with satin nickel hardware, white polished quartzite countertops and center island, a 78 bottle dual zone wine refrigerator, a six burner Viking range, Miele microwave and steam oven, Bosch dishwasher, Sub-zero 36 combination refrigerator/freezer, irrigated interior window box herbarium, and a fruit and vegetable juicer.

And then there’s the master bedroom.

“Positioned in the south west corner with a large en suite bathroom highlighted by gray onyx Jacuzzi fusion soaking tub and honed Crema limestone floors with radiant heat. There are Dornbract fixtures with custom oak toned vanities. Automatic window shades are here and in the two additional bedrooms.”

Phew! That might just be the most complex and detailed home listing ever written.
