Do you have $28 million laying around? Do you want to move to Orlando? No? Understand. How about I throw in a few perks–like a 31,000 square foot mansion with 12 bathrooms and a 95-foot long swimming pool with a swim-up bar.

If that captivates your attention, I have some good news–Shaq is selling his 3-acre Orlando mega-mansion with the famous “Shaq-apulco” outdoor area. Shaq bought the property in the Orlando suburb of Windermere O’Neal  in 1993 for $3.95 million, did a buttload of renovations, and is now flipping it for nearly 10 times that amount.

Here are some of the property’s ridiculous features:

-31,000 square feet

-12 bedrooms

-6,000-square-foot basketball court with bleachers and the logo of the Miami Heat

-Walk-in cigar humidor with wine storage

-Two garages, which combined fit about 17 cars.

-95-foot-long swimming pool with a rock waterfall and hot tub

-A swim-up bar with access to a covered outdoor kitchen

Matt’s love of writing was born during a sixth grade assembly when it was announced that his essay titled “Why Drugs Are Bad” had taken first prize in D.A.R.E.’s grade-wide contest. The anti-drug people gave him a $50 savings bond for his brave contribution to crime-fighting, and upon the bond’s maturity 10 years later, he used it to buy his very first bag of marijuana.
