Not everyone knows how to quarter a chicken, and you waste a lot of food if you can’t do it right. We feature plenty of food videos that are funny or stupid, but here’s one that’s finally useful. I’m always skeptical to post something like this, but after mutilating a chicken last weekend I figure you might need it as much as I do. It’s not a big deal if you’re eating solo, but if you’re bringing a lady friend over for dinner, you don’t want to just drop a chunk of meat on her plate. At least not at the table.
