I’m not here to make political commentary on anything, I’m just here to share videos. With that in mind, I’ll throw you a quick summary and then I’m off:
Konrad and Olle both applied for the job at the unnamed transport company in Scandinavia and were invited for interviews.
One would pretend to be totally hopeless, but heterosexual, while the other would match the job requirements perfectly but would reveal he was gay.

Olle is the homosexual who is clearly well-suited for the job, whereas Konrad is heterosexual but a complete bum. While the boss of the company initially liked Olle more, when he found out he was homosexual his preference between the two hires switched to Konrad and Olle was quickly shown the door. Konrad got the job, but only returned to the office to rip up the terms and conditions contract as a BOOM mic drop.
